No more guessing sizes
Getting the perfect fit is the most important thing you can do when buying shoes for your little one!
And we know things can get difficult.. especially as the size will depend on the shoe you are looking at (the fit for shoes, sandals, sneakers and boots are different).
To make your life easier, we're introducing StrutFit.
From one photo taken on your smartphone, StrutFit cleverly measures the size of your child's foot down to the last millimeter and suggests the shoe size to match specific for that style.
Step 1
When you see a style you like, find the What is my Young soles size? text under the colour options and next to the size. Click it and follow the easy to use instruction on screen to find the recommended size for your child.
Step 2
You will need your phone and a plain sheet of A4 (or letter) paper. Place your child's barefoot against a straight wall with good lighting. Place the plain paper next to your child's foot and take a photo from the top down.
Step 3
You can either use the StrutFit app to take a photo or upload one you have take earlier.
The StrutFit app will virtually measure your child's foot. If you do not have an account the StrutFit app will give you a code to use on the Young Soles website. If you are logged in to StrutFit it will tell you the best size. It will also tell you the fit and how much space your child will have at the front and sides of that style.
If you create an account with StrutFit our website will remember the size of your child's foot and recommend the right size regardless of style, so you only have to measure it once.
But, don't forget to remeasure your child's foot every four to five months to make sure the information we have is up-to-date.
